Topic: NEWS Date: 2007/5/22
Overland Park Kansas based company announced today: April 16, 2007 that a new website called fliphire.com will help hiring managers and recruiters share qualified candidates, "flipping" candidates, will be a new way for recruiters and HR professionals to help eachother. Currently the site is in beta testing with local Kansas City, Oklahoma, and Chicago Hiring Managers. A complete roll-out of the site should be ready in the next 2 months, and the site will be free for users to use.
Started by a corporate recruiter and hiring manager, Jason Rogers. Fliphire.com is a human resource community Web site where users can easily review candidates, blog about their needs, and post possible “flips” or trades. The result is an easy-to-use site that leverages social networking and advanced programming to deliver high-quality information to users.
Unlike other sites, Fliphire.com is driven almost entirely by user-generated content. There are other sites on the Web where you can blog or search for resumes but Fliphire.com is one of the only sites dedicated to Human Resource and Hiring Managers. Besides Fliphire.com one of the only recruiting sites to integrate social networking, its strongest suite would be the fact that registered users will be verified hiring mangers.
